Rig Maintenance & Hygiene: maintaining high standards of cleanliness across deck areas, galley, living quarters, and machinery spaces.
Corrosion Control: Performing extensive chipping, scraping, wire-brushing, and painting of steel structures to prevent saltwater corrosion.
Cargo Handling: Assisting the Crane Operator with rigging loads, slinging cargo, and directing the safe movement of equipment, pipes, and supplies from supply vessels to the deck.
Drilling Support: Providing general manual labor support to the Drill Floor crew (Roughnecks) when required.
Safety Compliance: Adhering strictly to all company safety policies, participating in safety meetings, and wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
General Labor: Any other manual tasks as directed by the Deck Foreman.
Work is performed in an offshore marine environment, which may involve exposure to harsh weather, extreme temperatures, noise, and humidity.
